The Sapphire Health Psychology office is located on the 4th floor in Suite 414 of the 5970 Building of Fairview Plaza in the Southpark area of Charlotte, NC. Parking is available in both the visitor lot and parking deck behind the building.
Patient appointments offered Monday through Wednesday 8:30am to 5pm and Thursday 8:30am to 2:30pm.
